Merewif, siren
This was my main contribution to MerMay 2018. I had always wanted to try drawing a mermaid, and this year I made time. My idea of the creature is not as attractive as the classic depictions—I imagine mermaids to have some strangeness to their proportions, with the requisite elegance to be apex predators in their environment.
