Inside the Mushroom Farm
Athena came to me with a clear idea of what she wanted, and even provided a sketch to communicate her composition concept.
I got to research lots of fungus and forest references, which was so much fun. I'd love to do a personal piece that explores the multitude of shapes and colours that the fruiting bodies of forest fungus can take.
